Cross-Pollination in Cyberspace and the Internet Governance "Spaghetti-Ball": How to Design a Global Mechanism for Digital Cooperation?

Together with Wolfgang Kleinwächter (University of Aarhus), Max Senges (Google Germany) and Jörg Schweiger (DENIC), Dr. Matthias C. Kettemann has made proposals for the reform of the Internet Governance Architecture, which is currently being discussed under UN aegis. Germany and the United Arab Emirates were asked by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to collect opinions on the redesign of the “digital cooperation architectures.”
