About The Book<\/h2>\n

In this textbook, experienced university professors and administrative professionals from the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg explain all the essential core topics of state law\u2014topics that are not only typically covered in specialized exams and state bar exams in Hamburg but also reflect administrative practice in the state.<\/p>\n

The work covers the current constitutional law of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, as well as the state\u2019s most important areas of law\u2014which are particularly relevant to legal education\u2014such as police and public order law, administrative organization law, public property law, environmental law, and school, higher education, media, and port law.<\/p>\n

The individual areas of law are presented systematically and clearly. The new edition takes into account all legislative changes made in recent years. The new edition has been thoroughly revised and, in some cases, completely rewritten.<\/p>\n
