It is in some respects better than Germany\u2019s NetzDG. There remain, however, a number of flaws. In remedying them, Austria could extend its reporting obligations to include &#8220;soft&#8221; content moderation measures, algorithmic tools, and advertising rules.<\/p>\n<p>Fischer, G.; Kettemann, M.
