Kettemann<\/a> has made proposals for the reform of the Internet Governance Architecture, which is currently being discussed under UN aegis. It argues that in the age of cyber interdependence, not only technical devices, but also Internet-related public policy issues are interconnected. It concludes that a holistic, multidisciplinary, multilateral and multi-stakeholder approach is needed to find solutions for the emerging digital problems in a growing cyberspace.
