{"id":2189,"date":"2024-06-25T14:01:42","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T12:01:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newws.leibniz-hbi.de\/hbi-researchprograms\/research-program-3-knowledge-for-the-media-society\/"},"modified":"2026-09-24T11:37:52","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T09:37:52","slug":"research-program-3-knowledge-for-the-media-society","status":"publish","type":"hbi-researchprograms","link":"https:\/\/newws.leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/research\/program-areas\/pa3\/","title":{"rendered":"Program Area 3 Science Communication, Agile Formats, and Library Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Program Area 3\u2014Science Communication, Agile Formats, and Library Services\u2014provides services to researchers in Program Areas 1 and 2 and to the institute as a whole, as well as to its external network of partners and stakeholders and the interested public.<\/p>\n<p>Program Area 3 consists of three teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/newws.leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/research\/pa3\/team-science-communication\/\">Science Communication team<\/a> is responsible for press and public relations, editorial support for the journal \u201cMedien &amp; Kommunikationswissenschaft\u201d and the HBI\u2019s other publication series, the organization of public events (Lunch Talks; Media Lectures; Hamburg Media Symposium), and the management of social media channels, the Bredow Blog, and the BredowCast.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/newws.leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/research\/pa3\/team-agile-formats\/\">Agile Formats Team<\/a> is responsible for developing the agile formats \u201cSprint\u201d and \u201cClinic\u201d, which have been implemented, evaluated, and refined since 2026.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/newws.leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/research\/pa3\/team-library-services\/\">Library Services Team<\/a> combines the management and expansion of the library collection with new information science services, such as research data management and support for open-access publications for the HBI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1821,"template":"","class_list":["post-2189","hbi-researchprograms","type-hbi-researchprograms","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.6 (Yoast SEO v28.6) -
